IMPORTANT: The address for GPS has been changed.

The 2nd (sorta annual) INGO SKS Shoot is going to be held on Saturday, March 13th, 2010 10AM to 3PM. Mark your calendars! Obviously you don't have to be here 10-3, but I figured I'd throw some hours out there so we're not there till midnight :D

Location is behind Parker Pools off US37 between Martinsville and Bloomington.

If you prefer to do GPS or google maps:

    8449 Fox Hollow Rd.
    Bloomington, IN 47403

There will be signs with INGO --> directing you where to go from 37.

EDIT: You may need a truck or 4WD, as there is a small dirt road.

This is an open show, you're all welcome to come. That said, There's only enough room for a few shooters at a time on "range" but there will be plenty of good company to converse with!

It's an SKS shoot, so it centers around the SKS, but feel free to bring other guns. If you don't have an SKS, don't worry. There will be plenty there, and you're more than welcome to try mine out.

I'll work on food, and it will likely be provided. We've got a campfire area so it will probably be hot dogs and cold cokes!

I'll be there. =D Maybe also guys who have been thinking about getting an SKS that would like to try some out before buying one should show up. Just bring 7.62 x 39. =D Preferably non corrosive ammo.

    Da!

Barring something extraordinary, I'll be there. Maybe I'll finally have my Yugo restored.

I'll probably have to park up at street level and hitch a ride down. My car prolly wouldn't make it out.

Too bad I sold my last SKS last year when 7.62x39 was as high as 5.56....

    I miss my SKS...

Might have to get another one of these days.

I tried to cover all my bases. If you have questions, ask away!

Just keeping the thread in front of me on my end so I can stay current on the updates, etc. My schedule is so crazy right now that I don't know what is going on this weekend, let alone 2 months from now. But I do hope to make it out, and have a 4WD truck so if I'm there, I can shuttle people and guns out to the range. :)

It's more of a path than a range per say :D But it suits our purposes. It's the only decent flat 100yd shot on the property as it's pretty hilly property. It works out nicely with a rifle and pistol "range" where we're able to shoot safely at the same time.

I'll probably have 100yd, 75yd and 50yd targets if I can get it set up correctly.
